Steve Pressman owner of the Pill Box Pharmacies & Medical Supply in Pembroke Pines receives the Key to the City from Frank C. Ortis, Mayor of Pembroke Pines. Following the Key to the City presentation the Pressman Family, Daniel, Steve, Angela and Mathew pose with Pembroke Pines Mayor Frank C. Ortis.

“We appreciate that Steve has not just one, but two business locations in Pembroke Pines and are ever grateful for the Pressman’s generosity to support our Community and Charter School System,” stated Mayor Ortis. Following the presentation Pressman, who is opening a third Pill Box Pharmacy location in West Pines, had this to say “I moved to Pembroke Pines in 1982, 31 years ago and never left. This is a community not just where I work, but raise my family too. I am honored to receive the Key to the City and enjoy that my family and I can be actively involved in Pembroke Pines, with the Charter School System, PAL, the Southwest Focal Point Community Center and other Pines programs. I feel very lucky that I am able to help out in the community, Thank You.”

“Steve Pressman is a generous individual who has volunteered not only his time and energy but that of his family and he has donated many, many thousands of dollars to support programs in our great city,” stated Mayor Ortis. Pressman has supported the City of Pembroke Pines Charter School System, the Southwest Focal Point Community Center, the Pembroke Pines Police Athletic League and most recently was a sponsor in the Charter School Foundation fundraising effort named after his business Pembroke Pines Charter School Pill Box Pursuit to Good Health 5K Walk/Run.
